Ministry of Corporate Affairs revised the Annual Filing forms e-Forms MGT-7, MGT-7A, AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS), AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS), AOC-4 (XBRL) for annual filings.
In view of the deployment of the new e-Forms, and considering that companies may require some time to get familiarized with the filing process, and keeping in view the requests received from various stakeholders, Ministry extended the due date for submission of Annual Filing Forms for Financial Year 2024-25 till 31 December, 2025 without payment of additional fees vide General Circular 06/2025 dated 17th October 2025.
Based on further representation received from the stakeholders, Ministry has further extended the due date for submission of Annual Filing Forms for Financial Year 2024-25 till 31st January 2026 without payment of additional fees vide General Circular 08/2025 dated 30th December 2025.
