Telecommunications (Terms and Conditions for Migration) Rules, 2026 Central 2026-06-23 Media and Communication Laws A licensee who fulfils the requirement of continued adherence to eligibility conditions under the authorisation rules shall be eligible to apply for migration.

Central 2026-06-25 Banking and Forex Laws These Directions shall apply to credit derivatives transactions undertaken in Over the-Counter (OTC) markets and on recognised stock exchanges in India.
Master Directions on Authorisation to operate a Payment System Central 2026-06-15 Banking and Forex Laws The Directions are applicable to all Payment System Operators (PSOs), including both bank and non-bank entities operating payment systems with RBI authorisation. Depending on the payment system-specific framework, these may include operators of payment aggregators, prepaid payment instruments (PPIs), card payment systems, ATM networks, Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), UPI and other designated payment systems.
Guidelines for Quantifying Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions from Offsite Water Drawl and Treatment, Ensuring Compliance with the Green Hydrogen Certification Scheme of India (GHCI) and Achieving Alignment with ISO 19870:2023 Central 2026-06-18 Environment, Health and Safety Laws These guidelines apply specifically to Green hydrogen projects under GHCI certification, Offsite water value chain activities, Projects requiring standardized MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, Verification).
Transition Facilitation (Quality Control) Order, 2026 Central 2026-06-25 Regulatory Laws This Order shall apply to the goods or articles covered under the Quality Control Orders specified in the Schedule appended to this Order. It provides for transitional period for various orders issued in the past and effective from future date.
Employee's Provident Funds Scheme, 2026 Central 2026-06-29 Human, Labour and Employment Laws Subject to the provisions of sections 20, 21 and 143 of the Code on Social Security, 2020, this Scheme shall apply -
(i) to every establishment, to which the Chapter III of the Code applies; and
(ii) to every establishment belonging to or under the control of the Central Government or State Government or set up under any Central Act or State Act or any other law for the time being in force, employing such number of employees as specified in the First Schedule to the Code and whose employees are not entitled to the benefits of contributory provident fund or old age pension in accordance with any scheme or rules framed under that law.

The Scheme has repealed Employee's Provident Funds Scheme, 1952.
Employee's Deposit- Linked Insurance Scheme, 2026 Central 2026-06-29 Human, Labour and Employment Laws Subject to the provisions of sections 20 and 143 of the Code on Social Security, 2020, this scheme shall apply to employees of every establishment to which Chapter III of the said Code applies. The scheme has repealed Employee's Deposit-Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976.
Employee's Pension Scheme, 2026 Central 2026-06-29 Human, Labour and Employment Laws Subject to the provisions of section 20 of the Code on Social Security, 2020, this Scheme shall apply to the employees of all establishments to which the provisions of Chapter III apply under sub-section (4) or are applied under sub-section (5) or sub-section (6) or sub-section (8) of section 1 of the Code on Social Security, 2020. The Scheme has repealed Employee's Family Pension Scheme, 1971 and the Employee's Pension Scheme, 1995.
Haryana Data Centre Policy-2026 Haryana 2026-05-27 Information and Technology Laws This policy is valid for five years and will be applicable on data Centre Units set up in the State with a minimum of 1 MW of power and Data Centre Parks set up in the State with a minimum of 20 MW of power, provided that the data Centre Unit or data Centre Park commences commercial operations during the validity period of this Policy.
Haryana Electronics Waste Recycling Policy, 2026 Haryana 2026-05-27 Environment, Health and Safety Laws This policy is valid for five years and will be applicable to units engaged in the e-waste recycling of electronic and electrical equipment mentioned under Schedule I i.e. categories of electronic and electrical equipment including their components, consumables, parts and spares as covered under E-Waste Management, Rules, 2022, and or as amended from time to time will be covered under this policy.
Haryana IT/ITeS, Al and Emerging Technologies Policy-2026 Haryana 2026-05-27 Information and Technology Laws This policy is valid for five years and will be applicable to units engaged in activities under the Information Technology (IT), Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies sectors as defined by the Government of India or in this policy will be eligible to avail incentives under this Policy, subject to compliance with the provisions, conditions and definitions prescribed therein
Haryana AVGC-XR Policy- 2026 Haryana 2026-05-27 Regulatory Laws This policy is valid for five years and will be applicable to units engaged in activities pertaining to the animation, visual effects, gaming, comics and extended reality (AVGC-XR) sector, as defined under this policy.
Haryana Global Capability Centre (GCC) Policy 2026 Haryana 2026-05-27 Regulatory Laws This policy is valid for five years and will be applicable to Global Capability Centres. 
Haryana Agri-Business & Food Processing Policy 2026 Haryana 2026-05-29 Regulatory Laws The Policy covers enterprises in all agriculture and allied sectors, including horticulture, dairy, poultry, fisheries, livestock and millets. All agri and food processing units, agricultural cooperatives, FPO's (Farmer Producer Organisations), FPC (Farmer Producer Companies), and ancillary units (such as food packaging facilities) are eligible for incentives under this policy.
Haryana One Time Settlement Scheme for Recovery of Outstanding Dues, 2026 Haryana 2026-06-01 Direct Taxation Laws, Indirect Taxation Laws The Scheme provides for expeditious recovery of quantified outstanding dues under the relevant Act(s), by way of depositing the settlement amount calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme after availing the waivers as are provided in the Scheme in lieu of the quantified outstanding dues following the procedure as laid down in the Scheme and subject to the terms and conditions mentioned therein the Scheme.

The Scheme shall be applicable to the following Acts, namely :-
(i) The Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003);
(ii) The Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956);
(iii) The Haryana Tax on Luxuries Act, 2007 (23 of 2007);
(iv) The Haryana Entertainment Duty Act, 1955 (Punjab Act 16 of 1955);
(v) The Haryana General Sales Tax Act, 1973 (20 of 1973);
(vi) The Haryana Local Area Development Tax Act, 2000 (13 of 2000);
(vii)  The Haryana Tax on Entry of Goods in to Local Areas Act, 2008 (8 of 2008).  
Telangana Platform Based Gig Workers (Registration, Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2026 Telangana Yet to be notified Human, Labour and Employment Laws The Act applies to:
a) Aggregators, platforms operating in the State of Telangana or those operating in any other States across India or overseas rendering one or more services in Telangana State as specified in Schedule-1;
b) Every Platform Based Gig Worker registered with the Board under section 10
Ladakh Tourist Unit Unified Registration Order, 2026 Ladakh 2026-04-27 Regulatory Laws The Order applies to tourism units operating in the Union Territory of Ladakh that are required to register with the Department of Tourism & Culture. These generally include Hotels, Guest Houses, Homestays, Bed & Breakfast establishments, Camps/Camping sites Resorts and Other tourism accommodation or tourism service units notified under the Order or by the competent authority.
