Offshore Areas Atomic Minerals Operating Right Rules, 2025 Central 2025-07-14 Regulatory Laws 1. These rules shall apply only to operating rights relating to atomic minerals occurring as such or in association with one or more other minerals, provided the grade of such atomic minerals is equal to or greater than the threshold value in respect of atomic minerals.

2. Operating rights relating to atomic minerals where the grade of atomic mineral contained in the ore is less than the threshold value in respect of atomic minerals shall be governed, mutatis mutandis, by the provisions of the Offshore Areas Operating Right Rules, 2024, in force.

3. A determination regarding applicability of these rules pursuant to assessment of threshold value in respect of atomic minerals against the existence of mineral resources shall be made by the Directorate in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (5) of rule 4 or sub-rule (6) of rule 6 or sub-rule (6) of rule 7, as the case may be.

4. If one or more atomic minerals occur in association with other minerals but the grade of atomic minerals is less than the threshold value in respect of atomic minerals, then any atomic minerals resulting from production operations, processing or beneficiation shall be handled and disposed of in accordance with directives issued by the Department regarding conservation of atomic minerals and the directives issued by the Board regarding radiological safety.

Stock Broker Connect – Operational Guidelines Central 2025-07-15 Capital Market Laws These Stock Broker Connect – Operational Guidelines are issued in accordance with Direction 18 of Section- IV: Stock Broker Connect of the Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Access Criteria for NDS-OM) Directions, 2025 and shall be known as the Stock Broker Connect Operational Guidelines, 2025 (hereinafter also referred to as “Operational Guidelines”) The interpretation, construction and effect of the Operational Guidelines shall be governed and construed in harmony and in accordance with the applicable laws, Bye-Laws Rules and Regulations of CCIL and the RBI NDS-OM Guidelines. The Act provides for the provisions related to establishment and maintenance of fire and rescue services in the State.
Gujarat Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2025 Gujarat Yet to be notified Human, Labour and Employment Laws They shall apply to all Factories/Establishment/Building or other construction work relating to any establishment in relation to which appropriate Government is the State Government under the Code. They shall come into force from the date on which the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, come into force.
Madhya Pradesh MSME Development Policy 2025 Madhya Pradesh 2025-07-11 Corporate Laws The Policy shall come into effect from the date of notification of this policy and shall remain in force until amended or replaced by a new policy. The policy is designed to create a conducive and growth- oriented MSME ecosystem in the State and will be operationalised vide MP MSME Promotion Scheme, 2025 that will be issued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in the month of September.

The main object of these Regulations is to ensure grid security by maintaining adequate reserves locally within State’s control area, as stipulated in the Indian Electricity Grid Code or the Karnataka Electricity Grid Code. The aim is to maintain grid frequency near to 50 Hz, restore frequency within the permissible range specified in the Karnataka Electricity Grid Code, and address transmission network congestion.
