Competition (Criteria of Combination) Rules, 2024 | Central | Corporate Laws | These rules deal with Criteria of Combination. Rule 3 provides that for the purposes of sub-section (4) of section 6 of the Act, the parties to a combination, their respective group entities and their affiliates who fulfil the following criteria, may give notice for such combination under that sub-section, namely: –

Protective Textiles Quality Control
(Upholstered Composites used for Non-Domestic Furniture) Order, 2024 |
